The SW3000 series is a high-performance Layer 2 network management industrial Ethernet switch manufactured in strict compliance with international certification standards including FCC, CE, and RoHS. It features two 2-gigabit SFP optical ports and one 16-gigabit electrical port, supporting essential Ethernet Layer 2 protocols for industrial applications to ensure stable communication networks. With a low-power, fanless design that eliminates noise interference, the series operates reliably across temperatures ranging from-40°C to 80°C while offering excellent EMC performance, ensuring stable operation even in harsh industrial environments.     Smart Parking Solution
    Smart parking lot network coverage requires the unified connection of devices scattered across various parking spaces and entrances/exits, such as barrier gate controllers, geomagnetic sensors, license plate recognition cameras, and payment terminals. The SW1000 series, installed in the distribution boxes of various areas of the parking lot via DIN rail, aggregates network signals from these devices locally and uploads them to the management platform through the backbone network.
     
    For the dark and damp environment of underground parking garages, the SW1000's IP40 all-metal casing effectively prevents dust and water vapor intrusion. In open-air parking lots where summer temperatures can exceed 60°C, the SW1000's -30°C to +70°C wide-temperature architecture, combined with fanless passive cooling, allows for stable operation year-round without any cooling maintenance. Dual redundant power inputs ensure uninterrupted operation of the barrier gate and cameras in the event of a single power failure, preventing vehicles from becoming trapped or creating security blind spots.

    Intelligent Traffic System Solution
    The urban intelligent transportation system comprises three layers: the intersection sensing layer, the edge computing layer, and the traffic management center. Deployed within intersection control cabinets as an edge access switch, the SW1000 integrates various roadside devices—such as signal controllers, "electronic police" cameras, millimeter-wave radars, illegal parking enforcement units, and V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) RSUs—into a local ring network or fiber-optic backbone, aggregating data for upload to the "Traffic Brain" platform.
     
    Traffic intersection cabinets are exposed to harsh outdoor environments where internal temperatures can exceed 65°C in summer; the SW1000’s maximum operating temperature of +70°C ensures stable performance without throttling or system crashes during extreme heat. A dual-redundant power supply mechanism provides seamless, automatic failover during municipal grid switching or momentary outages, ensuring the continuous operation of traffic signal systems and "electronic police" units to prevent traffic chaos. Robust protection specifications—including ESD (±8 kV) and Ethernet port surge protection (2 kV)—effectively withstand transient surges caused by frequent lightning strikes and fluctuations in municipal power quality. Its plug-and-play, unmanaged design significantly reduces on-site commissioning efforts during large-scale intersection upgrades.

    Wind Power Solution
    The wind farm's communication network is structured in two layers: the intra-tower network connects components such as the turbine controller (PLC), pitch control system, vibration sensors, and nacelle cameras; the aggregation network collects data from multiple turbines and transmits it to the SCADA monitoring system and the operations and maintenance (O&M) center.
     
    Installed within the power distribution cabinet at the base of the tower, the SW1000 facilitates local interconnection among the turbine's subsystems. Its high-reliability design—featuring an MTBF of ≥300,000 hours—eliminates the theoretical need for periodic replacement, thereby significantly reducing the labor costs associated with climbing the tower for maintenance. Passive, fanless cooling completely removes the risk of fan failure—a common point of breakdown—which is particularly critical in the sealed environment of a wind turbine tower. Robust protection specifications, including ESD (±8 kV) and port surge protection (2 kV), enable the device to withstand continuous electromagnetic interference generated by frequency converters and generators, ensuring long-term communication link stability. Dual redundant power inputs maintain the continuous operation of control and data acquisition systems during grid fluctuations, preventing unplanned downtime losses caused by communication interruptions.
